A deposit of 250.00 is required to reserve your space. Balance is due in full by May 1, 2022

Deposit cancellation fees:

$50.00 if cancelled after January 1, 2022 but prior to March 1, 2022.

$100.00 if cancelled after March 1 2022 but

prior to May 1, 2022.

Deposits are non refundable if cancelled

after May 1, 2022.

Deposit requirements

For reservations up to 1 week in length, the deposit is one nights stay at the daily rate.

For reservations more than one week but LESS than one month, the deposit is 2 nights stay at the daily rate.

For monthly reservations the deposit is $100.00.

All balances are due in full the day of arrival.

$5.00 if notice is greater than 30 days PRIOR to reservation arrival date

$10.00 if notice is 10 to 29 days prior to reservation arrival date.

$15.00 if notice is 2 to 9 days prior to reservation arrival date OR less than 10 days notice on holidays.

$200.00 for campground guests

$350.00 for non campground guests.
